Ours both showed up in the O365 Quaratine. I followed the link posted here and there they be! Nice to know there is one but these messages are certainly a false positive. I let them know. I am in the new forum now!
An old thread but a good topic. Here’s a prezi from a talk I gave on parenting and internet security. For ultimate security and control, I recommend Mobile Fence on Android. But I suggest four layers of security. Your options are more limited on iOS but, as long as your kid isn’t amazing with computers, you’ll be aIright.
Parents must remember that we are raising future adults so while some restrictions are necessary. They will reach a point when they have none! That’s why we must focus on character and relationships even more than filtering and gradually remove restrictions as kids grow older and demonstrate trustworthiness.
Great question @K. Papalia, we will announce that at this year’s event.
If you absolutely must know before then DM me.
Bill glad you can plan to join us for just one day!
@Tim I booked a room on Airbnb about 4 miles away from New Spring.
Thanks Ben. I will definitely speed test it first. Since they are both running in RAID5 I’ll probably go with a RAID0 on the group so hopefully that won’t affect speed too much.
I would like to have discussion of computer policy in church environment. I believe this is best place to talk about how to “put in a paper” policy such as use of Apple ID, Google ID, and security policy. What is allow and not allow? How do other church do? Thanks in advance.
Sorry folks – this keeps slipping off my to-do list. When we start testing I’ll ping a few of you before it’s released publicly.
No additional testers needed :-)
